LOBSTAH!!! This trip to beautiful Maine was really a just a ruse to fill up on New England's bounty of delicious lobsters! First and last stop as we travel between Portland and Bar Harbor is Sprague's Lobster on Highway 1 (aka: Main Street) in Wiscasset. Its adorable picnic-meets-food-truck setting is right on the Sheepscot River. Along with the lobster shack, there are shops selling ice cream, pottery, t-shirts, and Maine jams and syrup. Oh, and the Chamber of Commerce is here. (Seriously, how do they get anything done with these views and temptations?) After reading all the 4+ star reviews, we had to stop, and we were not disappointed! (Even in the rain!) I mean... look at that lobster roll! We will be back, Sprague's. Thank you for the yummy chowder & cakes, too. #stuffed!

There is something magical about a hike with the sounds of surf and sea views! We have fallen in love with @acadianps. There is literally something for everyone, from beaches to rugged cliffs, wooded paths to challenging hikes and ladder climbs. We've met all ages on the trails, and lots of friendly furry hikers, too! If you haven't planned a trip to #acadianationalpark, today would be a good day to start. 😊
