#Travel140: Pack a bag – or two – in your bags

#Travel140 #TravelTip: Pack a bag – or two – in your bags!

Assorted small bags in a suitcase.

It might seem a little redundant to put bags in your bags, but we are sure you’ll find them helpful. We stash a couple in our luggage for a variety of uses. You’ll probably find more, and we’d love to hear about it!

Bag #1 is a reusable shopping or tote bag (preferably waterproof) that you can fold up. It can serve as a shopping bag, beach bag, day bag…basically anything you might want an extra bag for. We stash one in our carry-on to hold everything we might want during a flight so we don’t have to keep digging into the overhead bins. We would be liars if we didn’t admit to using it to carry home all the souvenirs that didn’t fit in our suitcases, too.

Bag #2 is a plastic grocery bag to re-use as a laundry bag or trash bag. It’s also great for keeping wet gear away from the dry stuff. It’s disposable if you don’t need it, but priceless when you do!
